Service and guarantee

Your wishes and the requirements of each order are recorded and realised as exactly as possible thanks to the close contact during advising and planning. In this way, the contents-wise and linguistic requirements for the translation can be established beforehand, use of special terminology stipulated and, if necessary, technical questions clarified. The specifications for your order are documented on forms developed for this purpose in the scope of our QM system.
Our service is coordinated by the project manager. She is the permanent contact partner for you or for the contact partner that you designate and makes sure in all phases of order processing that your wishes are taken into account and that your order is carried out correctly and on time. Problems that arise during the processing of the order and that are not our responsibility, such as, for example, ambiguous points or omissions in the source text, are clarified with our customers in the framework of our service.

However, if there is a substantiated complaint in spite of all preventive measures, we will offer you with your agreement reworking within a reasonable period or a suitable price reduction.

We have taken out consequential loss insurance with Allianz Versicherungs-AG in Cologne for financial loss that results explicitly from translation errors. Our insurance covers loss up to a total of EUR 200,000.--.

We have appropriate insurance with Iduna Versicherung in Dortmund against the loss of documents passed to us through burglary, theft, fire, water, storm, in the post, etc.

These two policies form the company's business base and will be maintained.
